This application form is for customers who are not supplied by Ergon Energy (e.g. customers in South East Queensland).

Regional customers supplied by Ergon Energy can apply to Ergon Energy for drought assistance.

* Is your property in a drought declared local government area (LGA) or is it a drought declared individual property (IDD)?

If you selected LGA you must provide its name.

If you selected IDD you must provide a copy of the declaration provided to you by the Department of Primary Idustries (DPI).(File types allowed for upload: PDF, JPEG, GIF, TIFF, PNG; Maximum size per file is 15MB.)
